Constructing a processing facility for a new a new product presented opportunities to streamline overall design and construction. With limited examples of similar processing plants, it was a great opportunity to collaborate closely with the leadership team of Canadian Rockies Hemp Corporation (CRHC). Working In partnership with our engineering group and CRHC allowed for an execution plan that enabled maximum capacity along with cost savings to our client.
Understanding our client’s needs are our top priority along with meeting cost expectations and quality of work. We pride ourselves in our ability to build relationships with our clients, the engineers and contractors to effectively deliver a quality product that we can be proud of.
This landscape required a substantial amount of land development which allowed us to showcase our turn-key capabilities with our internal civil construction side. This again allowed for us to streamline processes, create cost savings for our client, and manage the timeline challenges these projects require. We are excited to be a full turn-key provider and be able to take a 72-acre piece of land to a fully developed space with 3 facilities while only utilizing one company, Thompson Builders Inc.
