Thompson began this project by working with our client to design and create their dream open concept office space. Starting with the interior demolition we had an opportunity to make some structural improvements to the building in order to ensure longevity to the property. Both the mechanical and electrical were upgraded to ensure our clients were happy and able to meet future plans for their space. Along with their unique design and appetite to take risks we were able to transform the previous space to a more welcoming, fun, and exciting place for their dedicated staff to work in. This allows them to have a very competitive advantage to attract candidates and retain their most important asset, their people.
Some highlight of this build includes:
- a theater room with the occupant capacity of 50 people,
- a completely soundproofed boardroom,
- a tech office build-out,
- a new high-tech alarm system,
- a games room,
- a custom kitchen incorporating indoor and outdoor space, as well as a speakeasy bar area.
We are proud to deliver such a quality product for our clients and are excited for more projects whatever they may be.
