We are seeking a Senior Marketing and Proposal Specialist to join our team and elevate our marketing initiatives, proposal development processes and document management practices. Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Management:
    • Lead end-to-end proposal development, ensuring adherence to client requirements and deadlines.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling content that highlights our unique value propositions.
    • Maintain a library of reusable content, templates, and tools for proposal efficiency.
  • Marketing Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and support business development efforts.
    • Create and oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website updates.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
    • Present proposals and marketing materials to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Content Development and Control:
    • Generate high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
    • Ensure all content aligns with corporate branding standards and messaging.
    • Implement and maintain document control standards and processes to track revisions and maintain compliance with internal and client-specific guidelines.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
    • Provide insights to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Act as the central point of contact for marketing and proposal-related inquiries.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, proposal development, or a similar role within the construction, engineering, or professional services industry.
  • Proven ability to manage complex proposals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Corel, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with proposal submissions for government or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Certification in Proposal Management (e.g., APMP) or Digital Marketing.
  • Knowledge of construction industry trends and terminology.
